Over 2600 people last year witnessed the successful collaboration of the Toledo Symphony, The Toledo Choral Society and BGSU University Choral Society for Handel's Messiah. From the delicate melodies of its opening Arias to the magnificent power of the "Great Amen" and "Halleluja" choruses, Messiah perfectly demonstrates Handel's mastery of epic works for chorus, orchestra and soloists. Join us for this beautiful and meaningful holiday tradition.

Help narrator-extrordinaire (and TSO cellist) Bob Clemens find the culprit in this whodunnit concert aimed to celebrate the joys of reading - with lots of help from the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library!

The rhythm of life - the thrill of Doc Severinsen live in concert. Doc joins with Gil Gutierrez, a classical guitarist and Pedro Cartas on violin for an evening of captivating Spanish music with a jazz flair, gorgeous ballads, both Lation and American, plus some great movie music. Severinsen, best-known for his dynamic work as a band-leader on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, is now a resident of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and first heard Gil and Pedro playing in an Italian bistro to throngs of admirers. The trio now tours the world sharing their energetic virtuosity.
Jim Brickman Holiday Concert

Adult-contemporary superstar and Ohio native, Jim Brickman, returns to Toledo for a special holiday engagement in collaboration with the TSO. Brickman, a Platinum-selling solo pianist, is well-known for his collaborations with Michael W. Smith, Martina McBride, Donny Osmond, Olivia Newton-John and many others. He will share his musical gifts in a concert that includes selections from his holiday albums, Peace (2003), Christmas Romance (2006), Homecoming (2007), and The Hymns and Carols of Christmas (2008). This promises to be *the* holiday pops event of the season.

The Three Phantoms

What's better than one phantom of the opera? Three! Broadway stars Mark Jacoby, Kevin Gray and Craig Schulman have all starred in the title role of Andrew Lloyd Weber's The Phantom of the Opera. The Three Phantoms bring together three extrodinary tenors for an incredible evening of song. They sing solos, duets and trios, all from the Broadway repertoire as well as hits from the shows that made them the stars they are today--Les Misérables, My Fair Lady, Sweeney Todd, Jekyll and Hyde, Damn Yankees, and of course, The Phantom of the Opera.
